SVG vs PNG

SVG is vector: scales without blur, stays small and can be recolored, ideal for icons/logos/diagrams. PNG is raster: maximum compatibility and better for complex illustrations/screenshots or fixed-pixel needs. Prefer SVG on the web and convert to PNG for social/print/old systems.
